Description of apartment: Resort & Residence Cala di Falco in Northern Sardinia

This beautiful, well-kept resort is divided into two areas. The apartment hotel La Rotonda is a four-star property and is a little way from the hotel Il Borgo, which is a four-star superior. All hotel guests (not staying in an apartment) have access to hotel services at Il Borgo. Cala di Falco has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. There are two nice restaurants. One faces the pool and offers an excellent, varied buffet. The other, which offers à la carte dining, has a lovely view of the bay. It serves grilled specialities, among other dishes. Whichever you choose, the quality of both the food and the service is of a high standard. The terrace has a piano bar and bar service is also available by the pool. If you are feeling active, you can play tennis, volleyball or bocce. There is also a playground for younger guests. As a hotel guest, you will receive free beach service, subject to availability, on the public beach closest to the hotel. There is also a free shuttle to nearby beaches. Check the details with reception. Other guests are required to pay for this service locally. Cala di Falco has two pool areas. All guests have free access to La Rotonda, which has sun loungers and parasols, but only those staying in the hotel section also have access to the pool belonging to Il Borgo. Other guests can use this pool at a charge and subject to availability. The children's pool is inside the "mini-club" area (Il Borgo) which is payable locally. There is much to see and do on Sardinia and you can buy boat trips and more. Check what is on offer at reception, where they will be pleased to help. The centre of Cannigione, with its beautiful harbour, is about 100 metres away. It is open all year round and has a good range of shops, restaurants, etc. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the reception/bar areas. An Internet access point is also available (charge applies).
