An inviting home away from home, stay at The Patricia Grand and experience a family-friendly and pet friendly oceanfront retreat. *Starting on January 1, 2019, there will be limited housekeeping services (trash and towels daily) full-service periodic cleans along with trash and towels begins for guests staying 5+ nights *All Oceana Resorts guests are required to present a major credit card and/or a major debit card, along with picture ID that matches at time of check-in regardless of method of payment. *A pre-authorization will be placed on this card to cover incidentals during the stay. *Authorization amount 100$ *The authorization amounts will be released at check out and will take 3-5 business days for a major credit card and 7-10 days for a debit/check card to show back up on the card.
