Description of apartment: Palau Green Village in Northern Sardinia

The complex is in an excellent location, just 500 m from Palau town centre and it's shops, port and other services. Just 20 min ferry ride from the Maddalena Islands and 30 min drive from the fashionable Costa Smeralda. The nearest beach is a short 150 m walk away and is surrounded by shady pine woods which are ideal for picnics and from which to enjoy the fabulous views across to the islands.||Residence offers self-catering apartments, built in typical Sardinian stone, and surrounded by Mediterranean gardens with a swimming pool. The apartments include bed linen. Check-in from 5 pm to 8 pm. If arrival is after 8 pm, the guest needs to inform the property by contacting +39 0789771036 (key box will be arranged). The property will not be able to accommodate the guests until the next day if late arrival has not been communicated, and €50 supplement will be charged. Check-out is by 10 am. Mandatory costs to be paid on the spot : daily forfait of € 5 ADULT/€ 2.5 children (11-3 yrs old) per person/ per day which covers electricity, gas, linen. Final cleaning cost: from €60 to €95 depending on the apartment type. Cooking area is to be left clean by guest, otherwise €50 supplement is charged. Deposit (mandatory): €200. Can be reimbursed after apartment has been checked. Pets : €30.00 for additional cleaning are allowed, excluding the beach and public areas.
